EP Lab + Hybrid Operating Room

On a fast track basis, Yale New Haven Health needed a state of the art hybrid operating room and Electrophysiology Lab without disrupting the on-going medical work in adjacent rooms. BAM organized a comprehensive team of departmental staff from medical, administration, and facilities, paired with the construction team, to progress rapidly through design. Our team utilized lessons learned on earlier phases of renovation for multiple labs in this Cardiovascular suite of laboratories.

This project was one of the fastest, if not the fastest completion of a comprehensive and complex Class C OR in the history of Yale. The project was not only completed on time but also on budget. It is now being used as a model for design and project delivery of additional hybrid Electrophysiology Labs at Yale.
