The Not-For-Profit project type brings a different set of requirements for project management that BAM is well positioned for. Regardless of organization type, BAM’s relationship centric project and client approach bodes well when there are many stakeholders involved in the development and planning process. An exciting expansion at Yale New Haven Health focuses on the needs of a unique and often overlooked demographic – teenage cancer patients. The new center is the resulting collaboration between a charity started by the rock band The Who named Teen Cancer America and Lauren Telesz, a cancer survivor whose passion raised a majority of the project’s funding. At its core, the Teen Center is a place for hospital-bound teens and young adults to go to do what people that age want to do… socialize, explore, imagine, and grow.

As Regeneron continues to grow, BAM is collaborating with them on a second site located in nearby Sleepy Hollow. A priority of Regeneron’s founders is to support students interested in STEM, and this project realizes their dream of providing an on-site location at Regeneron to welcome and engage students in a real-world laboratory setting.
