Our firm was born when the founding Principals questioned the way architecture services were being provided. They went on to prepare a business plan and won the New Enterprise Competition sponsored by the NYU Stern School of Business MBA Program. The award included funding capital, and BAM has continued to maintain a unique management structure among creative agencies.
In our partnership structure of architects and design professionals, one Principal, educated with a top-school MBA, runs the firm. She’s not a designer. She’s trained in business. That strategic decision allows the rest of the team to do something radical....work on client projects.
