BAM Creative and SCOR just finished building a workplace to meet the post-pandemic world head-on. SCOR, a global insurance leader, needed a dynamic workplace that strengthens its culture by prioritizing impact, flexibility, technology, communication, and safety.

Arrival
Upon arrival, to either side of the elevator bay, occupants are greeted with an open, airy space that maximizes views and natural light.
Reception
Distance between space types creates opportunities for multiple circulation paths and safe distances between occupants.
Corridors
Corridors act as buffers between private and shared space with use of decorative glass on both sides for hygiene safety with transparency.
Workspaces
Designed to provide a personalized work experience while maintaining safe distances within departments. The workspaces are located along the perimeter to maximize views and daylight. Efficient air circulation brings supply air to the workstations and exhaust air out into the corridor.
Meeting Rooms
Varied-sized meeting rooms, phone booths, casual meeting spaces, and hoteling areas throughout provide multiple ways of working for the changing work environment. Flexible meeting spaces with high-quality AV systems allow occupants to seamlessly work in a hybrid model.

Cafe
The open, no door concept, positioned away from the workspaces with flexible seating and synced technology allows the space to have multiple functions, easily transitioning from cafe to town hall style meeting space.
Open Stair
The open stair connecting the two floors eliminates the need to access the public elevator bays and promotes communication among departments.
