Regeneron
Campus Lab and Workplace Renovations

BAM Creative has worked with Regeneron Pharmaceuticals over the last 15 years with a reoccurring focus being the workplace design and strategy being integral to staff recruitment and retention. Regeneron was featured in The Wall Street Journal, with highlights of spaces designed by BAM Creative.

Partnering With The Client

Acorda
Life Science Campus
Ardsley, New York

Over the last decade, BAM Creative has worked on a wide range of projects adjusting to Acorda Therapeutics real estate strategies.

Adaptive Reuse

HATCHSpaces
Los Angeles, California

HATCHspaces continues to engage BAM Creative on a number of project sites to achieve their mission in delivering state-of-the-art bioscience lab facilities to the Los Angeles Life Science market. Adaptive Reuse has been a priority across multiple projects, allowing the client to execute environmentally responsible, as well as economically feasible solutions.

Collaboration and Innovation

T-Cure BioScience
Cancer Research, Tissue Culture + Molecular Biology
Los Angeles
California

T-Cure’s design problem was that the ideal one-story warehouse was designed for creative offices rather than labs. The lab conversion required an innovative approach to programming and design, selectively updating infrastructure and space to meet all client requirements.
