Upon acquiring a property in the center of the biotechnology cluster in Princeton known as “Einstein Alley”, BMR’s marketing goal to update the interior and exterior aesthetic and technical infrastructure became a high priority to attract quality tenants.

BAM designed a fresh experience for visitors and tenants to reposition the one-story building as a state-of-the-art facility comprised of laboratory, manufacturing and office space. Starting with the drive onto the property, tenants and visitors see the newly designed landscaping, exterior lighting and signage. Once at the building, the new skin on the exterior façade adds a modern aesthetic.

Continuing into the public spaces, the lobby space, the building core and infrastructure were upgraded. BioMed Realty Trust is committed to providing state-of-the-art facilities and amenities for tenants at One Research Way, Princeton, and the completion of the renovation marks a major milestone in achieving this goal. BAM continues to work with BMR on this and other properties across the country.
