As a newly acquired office within a leading global Reinsurance company, SCOR Charlotte management needed a design that both showed their excitement in being within the SCOR Global Group as well as showcasing a distinct, bold character. BAM was engaged to provide site selection analysis and programming services, developing several models to determine financial implications based on program and site options.

Once the site was selected, BAM worked closely with the client to quickly identify design goals. BAM lobbied to bring a construction manager on board to work closely with the owner and A/E team to maintain the aggressive schedule of building out 142,000 sf over 7 floors. With the project delivered on time and in great style, BAM and SCOR are on to future partnerships and an ever growing relationship.
