Building on their vision for the future, the CEO and team at SCOR sought to propel the Chicago business unit into high gear. To jump-start the initiative, SCOR chose to relocate to bustling downtown Chicago from their sleepy suburban location into a customized dynamic working environment.
Increasing productivity and visibility in the marketplace were two tangible goals of the company’s business plan. These goals were supported by the site selection of the Sears Tower (recently renamed the Willis Tower) with a design that wove together a forward looking workplace together with the whole team of people.
