This project consists of a complex that acts as the front door to BMR’s campus, relating to the existing buildings, but maintaining an identity of its own. The 300,000 square foot projects includes a 50,000 square foot vivarium, conference center and a 300 person auditorium. Two thirds of the space are maintained for lab use, while the other third are used for administrative purposes.
