BAM created a move in ready life sciences laboratory to position vacant space to be ready for a pharmaceutical tenant with an immediate need. As the concept was being developed, an existing tenant approached the building team about capturing the space.

The design team worked closely with the tenant to create a flexible life sciences satellite facility consistent with their standards for a state-of-the-art facility, reflecting their culture. The result was a facility that was seen as so successful that we were awarded a large project from the tenant that was the largest in the county when built.
