This project re-envisions a brownfield site to become a Transit Oriented Development. With an adjacent high speed rail station, a regional rail station nearby, and an interstate highway bordering the site, BAM re-imagined the site for mixed uses of 500,000 square foot office, 225 room hotel, retail and 350 unit residential use. As part of the project, BAM helped to craft a progressive zoning amendment supporting mixed use transit oriented development, working with governmental officials and the landowner to secure approval of the zoning amendment.
