Yale New Haven Health & BAM Collaboration
In a lightning fast 3 months, Yale New Haven Health and BAM collaborated to design and build an Emergency Department Annex Building with 35 new patient bays and 9 nurse stations, delighting both staff and patients.
URBAN vs. SUBURBAN EXODUS
The flexibility of the new work environment from the COVID-19 pandemic resulted in many people leaving cities and relocating outside city limits. The recent shift has negatively impacted urban infrastructure and city centers, but the shift is likely a temporary one, as professional and social opportunities in urban centers will continue to attract people to maintain residences.
